Mike Lipsett is appropriately licensed by the State of
Connecticut. He performs termite inspections for mortgage
brokers, home inspectors, realtors, and private homeowners.
All termite inspections are written up on a "Wood Destroying
Insect Infestation Inspection Report" NPMA-33 Form, which is
required for all reverse mortgages and FHA/VA loans. This form
is completed honestly and concisely, and it is produced at the
time of inspection.
We charge in the range of $80.00 plus sales tax for each termite
inspection local to the New Haven area. The cost may slightly
increase in other parts of the state.
Evaluations of commercial properties are usually performed just
before or shortly after the purchase of a building. The cost is
determined by the size of the structure and the time it takes to
inspect. The objective is to evaluate current issues (if any),
make recommendations, and attempt to foresee future issues.
